The six themes

The Six Themes have been distilled from the work that was done to devise the Sustainable Community Strategy for Tendring.  For each theme there is a series of objectives and strategic indicators that will be used to chart progress.  Each theme has its own page containing information specific to that theme.  Navigate to individual theme pages by placing the mouse pointer on the ‘Six Themes’ button and selecting the required page from the fly-out menu.

The sustainable community strategy for tendring

The Community Strategy is based on a number of key inputs including:

The views of the public

Evidence about the key characteristics of the District

Government policies and guidance

The shape of things to come taking in to account external influences

Ensuring that the dynamics of change and our direction are understood by all in the Partnership

Focus on key issues and outcomes

Take actions that will make a real difference to Tendring residents’ quality of life
